Very Informative and Easy to Read and Remember

I needed to learn a lot about ancient Rome in a short amount of time for a project I was working on. DK Books are usually really good and showing a lot of pictures and getting a lot of information across in the least amount of technical text. This book did not disappoint. You're not going to find a lot of history on different emperors, but you will find tons of information on roman lifestyles, and that is what I needed. I was able to read it all in a single sitting.

My granddaughter had just finished studying a unit about Rome in 3rd grade and was thrilled to get this book for Christmas. She loved being able to point out the items she had learned about.
